How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We aim to dispatch our orders within 24 hours, please keep in mind this may be delayed in busy periods.

Our warehouse is based in Utah.
Standard delivery: 2 -3 days
Please note: Alaska and Hawaii: 5-10 days and PO BOXES: 5-10 days as a different service is used.

Do you offer express shipping?

Yes, We offer free express shipping for all orders.

How can I track the shipping status of my parcel?

When your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an automatic dispatch notification email to the email address that you used to place the order.

Using this email, by clicking on the tracking number within this email, you will be able to track the status of the delivery of your parcel to your doorstep.

Do orders require a signature on delivery?

Due to the high value of the shoes, all orders require a signature on delivery.

If no one is home to sign the parcel will be taken to the nearest post office.
